My 23rd Natal Day

I celebrated my 23rd Birthday last February 22, 2012. Yes, I am a February born. This is my first birthday which I spend with my husband.

Time Flies so Fast

It has been quite a while since I make changes in this blog. I think it was been one year already and a lot of changes are happening. And I must say, that one year is very fruitful. I have a lot of achievements to share here in my personal blog.

My Current Job:

One year ago I was saying that I am a payroll associate. I just realize I did not fit the position and I am not happy about it. I stop working for two months and just hang around. Until I feel so bored and end up looking for a new job. Good thing I pass the interview and after two weeks I started my new job. It was last June 17 when I first land to another Human Resource Job. Now, I am a specialist for Compensation and Benefits. I must say that I enjoy my new company. And hey! I gain too much wait while in this company. When I started working in this company I weigh 49 kls.and look at me now I am already 57.5 kls. Quite amazing though. This is my first time to surpass 50 kls. hehehehe. So much to say, but I am happy here and I can feel that this is for good.

I must say, that good company is a key thing for a person to stay in a certain company. The compensation, position and the work load itself does not matter if you have good persons sorrounding you. People who will support you whatever it takes and they are good friends indeed.

My Lovelife:

Well, my husband did arrive. And we are now starting our business. So far, we are doing good about it. I am so happy with him around. We really are good partners. I even learn a lot of lessons with this married life.

At school:

Well, good news! I am now a License Teacher. I pass the teachers board exam held last September 2011 with a percentage score of 83%. hehehehe.not bad at all after my absences in DPE program and of course during the review. I really thank God for these blessings! He is really with me at all times.

More updates to come:
Since I am so busy with my career, I become busier with my part time jobs on weekends and of course to my so planned business and passive investing and of course thinking of good savings. :)

After Five Months

It was around five months ago since I made this blog. Since then, I wasn't able to start posting and no updates were ever made. Well, as a starter I still have to roam around the bush and find out how to make things get started. Five months have passed and here I am starting to organize my thoughts on how should I make my blog look good. I think I still need more time to be equipped with this. I need to study more on how to go around with this.

For that past five months....here I am working in a new office at one of the premiere business center in Cebu at Skyrise II IT Park. Good bye to my lazy moments in my previous work. Goodbye to those recruitment, training and employee relations stuff. Here I am so focus with my payroll jobs.

My current job:
I am working as a Payroll Associate. All of my colleagues are payroll experts. We are the one who will make payrolls of different companies across Asia. We have clients from different countries. We are even handling big companies to the extent that we make payrolls of companies with around thousands of headcount. Of course, we are using a Payroll System. I can't just imagine if we are going to do it manually. Though the job is so routinary but still it is challenging but more of a relaxing job. My co-payroll associates  sometimes call our job as a sitting challenge job. Sitting challenge in a sense that we are sitting in our chairs doing nothing else but facing our monitor as if we are doing something or shall we say as if we are busy(busy chatting with our chat groups through skype). See, can you figure out the leisure I am gaining from my current job?

The feeling----I think I am quite relieve now. I don't have the chance to take the problems of the employees airing about there angst towards the management. This is the benefit I can get of saying good bye to the Human Resource world. Yes, payroll is one of the facets of Human Resource but with my work right now it is the other side of the story. It is more focus and specialized. Yet, I am not saying that I really love this job. I am just looking for ways to become motivated and sitting challenge is not that challenging. The fact is I am just looking for reasons to stay and of course I am planning for something else........what could this be something? (wait 'til I can have my next updat if there is).

Update about my lovelife:
Hmmp...Five months is almost half a year but it was written in my profile that I am still single and a loyal or faithful girlfriend. I also need to update my profile because I am happily married right now. I supposed to share some of the pics (but still I need to study on how to do it, I better be contented on writing). I got married last December 21, 2010 and my husband immediately flew back at United Kingdom last January 4, 2011. Huh! Two weeks of being married of course not..it is forever but it is my husband who stays with me in just two weeks. Thanks to skype we are chatting and talking to each other everyday and that is for free. Not bad at all because he will be going home this coming July and stay here for good. We will just invest to some kind of business and I will be posting it in here..(hopefully anybody around will support this kind of business we have in mind).

At school:
I started schooling again last November for the second sem. It is a post graduate degree (Diploma in Professional Education). Thank God, I already finish the 18 units. Our class commence last week and it is very fullfiling indeed. The fact is I am still planning to continue for my Master's Degree this coming semester. Thy will be done.! I need to fix so many things first considering my time, budget and many, many more......(still some updates will be posted in the coming months).

For now, I think this is all enough. It seems that I lost my creativity in writing. This is just a part of warm up as I welcome myself again in the world of writing just the way I do when I was still in high school years and I am missing it so much.So good bye for now. :)

The Beginner

It is Friday afternoon at 8th of October, 2010 and our office hour ended at 5:30. I am looking into the blog of my highschool friend and from that I got inspired to make one for myself. I don't have an existing google account yet but I immediately make one when I find out that it is a requirement in making a blog. After making the google account I make my blog. I've got a feeling of excitement upon doing it. I am not a technologically inclined person but I am doing this because of my want to express on what I currently feel.

The word Timeless just pops up in my mind.
Neophyte, I am supposed to use the word novice or beginner but I find the word Neophyte compatible for Timeless.It is a perfect match.*TIMELESS NEOPHYTE*

Coupled with inspiration (full of love) and  idle moments I want to end up becoming busy posting something for my blog.
